Clearwire Now Offers Rover for Pay-As-You-Go 4G Mobile Broadband Service

Avaialble in the Clearwire’s 49 supported 4G coverage area, Clearwire is offering the Rover pay-as-you-go 4G mobile broadband service with its flagship device called Rover Puck. The Rover Puck ($149.99) is a 4G mobile broadband modem with WiFi hot-spot, allows you to share your connection with up to 8 devices at the same time. Other than Rover Puck, Clearwire is also selling the Rover Stick usb modem ($99.99) to be used with your notebook, MacBook or Desktop. The Rover Puck features mobile download speeds of three to six mbps, with bursts over 10 mbps (up to 4x faster than conventional 3G), using Clearwire’s 4G network.
