Samsung Galaxy S Reaching China in 3 Variants

In partnership with three major mobile operators of China, Samsung is bringing its Galaxy S in 3 variants that supports different network standard. The China Telecom will offer the a CDMA2000 device (Model Name: SCH-I909), the China Mobile will offer a TD-SCDMA model (GT-I9008) and the China Unicom will use the WCDMA version (GT-I9088). China Telecom will first launch the Galaxy S this month, while the other 2 operators will start offering the phone by end of this year. [ via NewsWire]
