Microsoft Announces Release To Manufacturing Milestone for Windows Phone 7
The Windows Phone 7 development team at Microsoft has completed the Release To Manufacturing (RTM) milestone, ready to pass to various manufacturer and release to market. The team had “ten thousand of Windows Phone 7 devices running automated tests daily” on the development process. It will be interesting to see if it can bring capture the smartphone market share back from Android and iPhone.
Swype for Symbian Up on Nokia Betalabs
Providing a fast text input with sliding action on the virtual keyboard, Swype is now offering a beta version of its input software for Symbian users (S60 5th edition). Currently it can be used with Nokia N97, N97mini, X6, 5800, and 5230.

Motorola Milestone 2 Gets Official
Motorola officially announced the successors of the Milestone dubbed the Milestone 2. It’s similar as the previous Milestone with the exception of improved and redesigned keys. There’re some exciting parts about the Milestone 2 – It features 3.7-inch 854 x 480 touchscreen, Android 2.2, 5-megapixel camera, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 1GHz processor, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot, 3.5mm headphone socket, 8GB of integrated storage and a bundled 8GB memory card. The exciting part is that the device will be supporting Flash 10.1.

Sony Ericsson Vivaz was first announced in the January this year. The Vivaz become the main attraction in Europe for awhile, they even plan to comes with the Vivaz Pro. BlackBerry Bold 9780 Video Demo with BlackBerry 6 OS
To be announced with the new BlackBerry 6 OS, the BlackBerry Bold 9780 has got a short video demonstration on the new OS on BerryReview .
